Having all 4 slots filled will increase the stress on the northbridge thereby introducing the possibility that your current overclock will become unstable. There's even a possibility that you may not be able to get the same overclock that you have now.
So having just a 2 x 2 GB kit installed will probably be the best bet. It should also be more than enough!
Unfortunately, I don't know what's good these days for a 2 x 2 GB DDR2 kit. However, I am absolutely in love with my mushkin 996580 kit. I mean, it almost seems like they were made to hit the 1T timing quite easily. All I had to do was loosen the CAS# latency by 1ms (from 4ms to 5ms) and increase the memory voltage and everything was good.
