FPS? Are you refering to frames per second? I'm not quite understanding you.
In referance to overclocking it, download coolbits. First, update your drivers to forceware drivers here
, next, you can find coolbits here
When you have that downloaded, open it up (it's a registry hack, so you open it by right click on your desktop and go to your display) and you should see on the side panel something that says "Clock Frequency Settings". Here, you can use detect optimal frequiences to start off, then slowing increase the core clock speed and mem clock speed seperately, not both at once. Only increase them by increments of about 3-5.
