I don't have very much time atm with ester and life but here's a little update. I couldn't wait to see how the case would look like so I put them all on the wooden frame after I finished bending them.

And I added a index.

That really looks amazing man! I can't wait to see the end product. I have to say, this is one of the neatest scratch builds I've ever seen. If you get the welding and the paining right, this will look like a factory made case!

Whoa, it's like Futuristic Medieval Armour! Only thing is that the side panel doesn't really match the front/top.. You should make it so that it follows through with the theme.
