this card dose not seem to over clock much my 9550 could over clock by 40%
the 9800 pro only 12% max is this right?

Well, The 9800's were great cards, But they get REALLY hot and have trouble getting much farther over 410Mhz core and 360Mhz'ish on the memory (Except for if its an R360 core).

Best bet for getting more out of it is throwing on some ramsinks and a nice aftermarket cooler.

I am using a VF700 and have mine at 432MHz core and 375MHz memory. Gets the job done.

EDIT: Thats a 14% core and 11% memory overclock.
