sry, I eliminated the problem to being an RTP timing issue...believe it or not I had to set it at 6 from ...7 I believe??...in order to post at the 10x ratio above clock speeds on my gskills. hope this helps

Thanks, I set it to 6 and my system boot up, but on memtest I got alot of errors. Removing one of the memory sticks solved the problem.

So, today I sent one of the sticks to RMA. I think until next week i'll have the new one in hands

My motherboard slots are faulty...

I ordered a Maximus III Formula and the Gigabyte I sent to RMA today.
