If you disregard the price difference, which card is better? I'm not too familiar with Nvidia cards since I've always owned ATI. Thanks for the help.

Ok, seems like I got my answer So it's better even though the core frequency is limited because of the AGP interface?

You can turn the 6800GS to a full-fledged 6800GT and likely OC it passed Ultra.

the x1600 series are crap!!! get the 6800gs and unlock it to a gt and OC it to ultra performance and you have and awesome performer so a great price!!!

Yeah, I want to stick with my current mobo and CPU even though they are quickly becoming obsolete.
