I have been running mine for over a year now on my Q9550.I have lapped it but did not see much results.I went to a push/pull with a few Panaflo's and seen some degree's drop.It worked so good for the money spent my buddy got one for his I7 build.I highly recommend it.

I'm actually a little disappointed with mine to be perfectly honest. It looks great and everything, but with ambient of 22C my load temps at 3.9 1.425v are 58 >_> Maybe it's the dust but even during winter when ambients were much lower it was still pretty toasty.

Well I've had this cooler for a while now (Xigmatek balder). I'd join but it's a Balder and not a DK

Currently running 3.7 ghz, stable at 8 hours of Prime95 blend. Ambient: 31C; Idle: 40C; Max load: 54C.

I hate my ambient temps <.<

+1 for bad ambients. Your setup is still performing better than mine though. Lately I've been getting 56-57C load and 31-32C idle >_>

Just changed to a P183 and cleaned my DK though, hopefully i'll get better temps now

Velathawen, You should consider a case with better airflow if your concern about temps.

@Ducrider- I didn't know this cooler can cool an i7 well. But glad you could do it.
