I have removed the DK from my system for a H60. Have a 2nd DK in my wifes Rig. I am using the DK 120mm Fan on the rear exhaust to add extra light to the interior of my system and put a 120MM Red LED in the bottom to spread a little more red lighting around. Won't know how well it works until I get a new Power Supply installed. Mine asploded earlier this week.

I don't run the DK anymore though, grabbed a D14, and temps dropped 10-15C across the board. DK is still great, and I have it sitting in my roommates rig!

I am looking for an ACK-I5361 bracket kit to use my Dark Knight on an LGA1155 platform. They used to be for sale on Newegg.com for $9.99, however now they are no longer listed. Matt, I think you can use that kit I posted on the link above. If I am not mistaken, the kit for 1156 is th same for 1155 since they share the same socket retention area so there's really no need to get a new one.

You are incorrect sir, I know for a fact because bought the kit you linked in error thinking it was the correct one. The one I need fits the DK, and all the 1283 series. The one you linked is for the 1284 series, like the Thor's Hammer.

I am 100% positive that the kit I need is the ACK-I5361 kit. Thank you for your input though biggrin.gif, I appreciate your help.
