It's good idea to add second fan to other side? I have unused Corsair SP 120. Thanks.

Which Dark Knight revision do you have? If no, then I guess go ahead, but be aware that the Dark Knight may or may not come with the correct mounting tool. For example, my Xigmatek Dark Knight was revision 1, not the 2nd revision that was out a while back. And that the cooler only supported socket 1333 and 775, which left me stuck, so I had to google search to find a store that sold the 1156/1155 mounting, which I was able to get.

Does that CPU runs hotter than the first gen Core i7 920? How about the SandyBridge 2500k, 2600k, etc? If yes, then your best bet is to get different cooler than the Dark Knight. I have heard people said that this cooler has problems cooling hotter CPUs. Perhaps get something better.

Hey, raisethe3. I have a cooler of the latest revision, it's perfectly mounted at my socket. Works fine, better than with FX 8320, I have 45C in BF4.

^^^That's pretty good. I suppose you won't be overclocking your chip? Because I want to know how well this cooler cools on an octo-core chip.
