6800 GS temp spikes?

Hello, I'm running a BFG 6800 GS OC (AGP ver.) and I unlocked the pipelines and oc'd it to 401/1193. I noticed that I kept getting weird temperature spikes with the overclock and with the default settings. I have attached a screenshot of what they look like. They happen spuratically and I'm just curious if anyone may know what it means. Thanks.

I wouldn't worry about those spikes because they are in the "ambient temperature" and "voltage regulator". It may even just be a kink in the program or the sensor. Since the spikes don't occur to the core or memory, you should fine.

Thanks for the input. I'll just try and ignore it.
