You would think so...there is a thread running right now on the BT and the dfi related to seating...perhaps a shot at reseating and actually then you could see how well the coverage was with the AS5

Could you find me a link to that thread?

Quick before-school update: About 10 hours dual prime on 2.9GHz and still going strong.

nice, what's your voltage and temps? You'll need to get over 24hours prime stable... especially if you're going to leave it on 24/7 folding

Thats for extra cpus that you have runnning. Since we are each only allowed 3 cpus under our own name. If you have more to fold with, they are put under team_TOFTOF.

oh...ok thanks...But I thought the team as a whole could only run 8 cores...that mean I can run three??

~~edit~~ I also figured out why I couldn't get two cores to run very well...I had too much ram allocated ...So now I got both cores running 100% with the ram split... do you think my rig is stable

Yes, the team as a whole can only have 8 cores folding. With a max of 3 allowed by any one person. that doesn't mean everyone can have 3 cores folding, but some people only have 1 core to fold with, which allows someone else on the team to fold with 3. Each of us folds with 2 cores. Well, couple of us had 3 folding until we picked you up, now, we all fold with 2 cores.

I allocate all my ram to both cores, that seems to work fine. If you have 1Gb of ram, allocate 1Gb to each instance. That way its available to F@H, the two cores may be working on different WU's at the same time, one may require more ram than the other, so its good to give it all you've got. I think I get bigger WU with more ram allocated.

So fellas! We are in 3rd for this update!! Well done I must say!!
Funny thing has been going on with my rig. Its been downloading and working on WU's but I looked at it, and said that it cannot transmit the results, server not responding or something. I thought well it will come around and the will be sent at some point.
it had been, and it kept trying and trying. So I check my config again, and tried reconfiguring it. Change the internet settings, and now it just kicked out the results, so each core sent like 5 or 6 results each! So thats good to get those out of my queue!! Should see a boost of points from that dump.

Alright, I stopped my prime at 2.9GHz after 20 hours, because that was without RAM factored in. Tonight I'm gonna figure out how fast I can get my RAM going(shouldn't be too hard, we've been friends for a long time), and then I'll get a 24 hour dual prime going. Once that passes, I'm back to folding.

Oh, and how the hell are we in third place again? I haven't even been folding for the past few days.

Btw Soloz, as soon as I get this stable, you don't need to fold with your HTPC for the team anymore.

Be back after my gee-tar lesson.

[Edit] Proof attached, because I know you guys don't believe me .

[Update] Working on the RAM now, trying to get it stable at 280MHz. I think I should be able to do it with this mobo, but it'll take a lot of tweaking and therefore a lot of time.
