I've OCed my computer from ..

STOCK: Athlon 64 3200+ 2.2 GHz
2x512 MB Corsair XMS PC3200 (3-3-3-8)
CoolerMaster eXtreme Power Dual 380W

to...the STABLE system that passed the OCCT Stability test
FSB: 230 MHz
LDT/FSB : x3
CPU/FSB : x10
DDR/FSB : 9/10
vcore at 1.5 ram at 2.63v
temp from 43 (Idle) to 51 (100%) because I'm living in Vietnam bro. !!! the weather is quite hot
=========> now the OCed system is on the photos CPU-Z

If I want to keep using this OCed system for a long time...
What should I do to keep it safe ?? and..should I keep using an OCed system

Yippers got yourself cranked and stable--just keep an eye on the temps--a few weeks/months down the road the case might start collecting some dust which is not so bog a deal at stock settings--but cranked to the edge a little heatsink crud makes a big difference--congrats.

By the way I have had my PC OCed since I built it--usually at 4.09 ghz which will be about a year coming up this Feb. No probs.

Hmmm... I'd get a better power supply, as I don't think that 380W will suffice for the long run.

you psu wont ever be ther problem unless you upgrade, because you systems specs aren't that demanding... as for help, i say trying you oc with you RAM at a divider of 1/1 instead of 9/10 i think youRAM should handle it...if not try uping you volts to about 2.8 or 3.0 on you ram this will give you an exptra preformance boost on your computer...i also have to tell you that this is very VERy safe..this is a very small overclock, and i think if oyu want to see some boost in your preformance you should oc a lil...strike that, a LOT mroe then what oyu have.. if you have any problems just post and ill watch this thread so i can help -trey
