[Windows 7] Remote Monitoring Fahmon/HFM

Remote Monitoring - Fahmon

Relatively straightforward.
*Note: This guide assumes a basic knowledge of Fahmon*

Method:

1) Go to Fahmon> Preferences> WebApp 1. Check the "Export Web Application" box. Now leave that open and continue.

2) Go to Fah2Web, and enter in your username and a password. Under the picture, you're given an FTP address:

3) Copy and paste that into the "Export Web Application" box in Fahmon. Go to your stats page and you should see this:

4) Now, there is another option. The current method lets you click each client and check it's stats, but if you want a simplified, sleeker method (like me ), copy and paste the FTP address into the "Export Simple Web page" instead.

5) Wait until Fahmon reloads (or force it by pressing F6), and your page now looks like this:

Both methods work the same, so it all depends on which one you'd like.

Remote Monitoring - HFM

Also, thank you to MrBalll and mmx+ for helping me out with this guide.

Method:

1) Go to http://www.000webhost.com and sign up for the free service. This should be self-explanatory

2) Create a new subdomain. Again, this is pretty self-explanatory. I'd suggest that you choose a name that's easy to remember for you.

3)Go to your control panel for the domain you just created:

4)Scroll down and click on FTP Details:

5)Create a new FTP account. Make sure that you selected to upload files to public_html. Also make note of your username, unfortunately, you don't get to choose this. Finally, make note of your FTP host name

6)Now it's time to set up HFM. Go to Edit->Preferences and check "Create a Website". Enter the URL in the form ftp://username:password@yourftpserverurl/public_html/

5) If you don't like the blue colour of the webpage, in HFM, go to Edit> Preferences> Web Visual Styles and take your pick.

I even waited for 5 hours and it stills the same.

That should be working. Try copying the FTP address into the "Export Simple Web Page" section (enable that, and disable the other option).

If that doesn't work, try making a new user on the site, because it's working fine on this end, so it might be an issue with your account.

I tried this earlier, ill try a new user though!

EDIT: Same problem with a new user :S

Any ports that need to be open?

EDIT: I got it working, copying and pasting the FTP address seemed to mess it up for some reason. Thanks for the help/guide!

Still working on getting one. I might wait until after the CC, so I have time to put some actual effort into it.

Couldn't find the old thread. I want to do this with HFM using my own domain. Can you give me the FTP code where you put in your domain and username and all that stuff? Folding on both SMP and GPU and want to be able to check up on it while I am out.
