ok...hard to find info about this.. AMD Athlon 1 ghz, 200 FSB, 10X multi
running at 1.1 ghz 210 fsb with 10.5x multi with temps in the mid to high 50s C

whats an avrage temp or max temp for this type of athlon and or voltage max

1.85V max Vcore
90degC max on-die temp (effectively 65 degC at temp probe)

Those t-bird cores always have run hotter than the newer barton core. I have had a couple t-birds and the highest load temp I ever got was 60c, obviously the lower the temp the better. But they seem to run just fine in the mid 50s.
