your computer is going to get really dusty, and i would get this
http://www.thinkgeek.com/pcmods/cooling/7a7a/
or keep 2 open floppy drive slots for this
http://www.thinkgeek.com/homeoffice/gear/60ad/
not only does it blow air, it blows cool air, that should drop the temp around 25 C

I only use a fan like that when I'm benching...it does help alot with temps though....stick your rig outside for extra cooling

Yeah I only turn mine on for gaming or benching. Sometimes I'll put it on the lowest setting for music encryption or other media work.

lol, the idea was to save money. Good suggestion though, if I had a spare kickin around I'd use it.

LOL I've bin doin this for a couple of weeks with a big fan i have in my room, i havn't actually dusted my case yet but i'm planing on replacing my IDE cables with round ones and organising the wires in my case for better air flow. But untill i get a better hs/f and some better case fans and a new PSU this will have 2 do. I have mine set up a bit diff here is a nice uber diagram.

[] <--case. / <-- Side panel.

/[] So i leave the side panel open and the fan blows in where the arrow is.
^

And since the fan is as tall as my case it makes the air bottle neck into my case and out the back of the grills and exhaust fan. Is a very cheap and good way of cooling.

All you have to do is take a pillow cover and cover the back of the fan. Make sure its a pillow or a nice cheese cloth material...Or panty hose if you can get that kinda stuff And make vent from plastic fabric and just have that going from the front of the fan to your case. But the plastic has to go all around one side of the case for it to work. And there you have it, Poonage!
