For cooling the Mosfet's I recommend this, cheap and effective.. as for attaching those to the Mosfets, get either the epoxy here or get the tape...here

I will be purchasing AS5 for the cpu, would that work on that instead of buying those?

No, the AS goes between the cpu and heatsink only.

For the mosfets, you need some adhesive to hold the heatsinks in place. You pretty much have 2 options to hold them in place, as Wowza stated above. You can use thermal tape, which works decent, but the good thing about it is that it is easily removable in case you have to rma the board. Your other option is to use epoxy, but it is permanent, so don't use it if you feel you might have to RMA. You can also use a mix of about 75% AS and 25% epoxy to hold the mosfet heatsinks on. That is a little easier to remove than straight epoxy.
