Wanting a new case. Thinking about building it out of LEGO's.

It won't dissipate heat very well. As far as being noisy, I'm not sure how it'll do in that arena, but I would guess it'd be pretty noisy. Also keep in mind that you might have electromagnetic interference if it's in a room with a ton of other devices. Other than that, go for it if you're bored!

Thanks, did not think about the heat.
Was wanting to put 2 psu in it, one for fans ect and one for mobo. Then run six fans on the sides and 2 on top. Not much into the lights.
Think if I glued the blocks that would help with the noise?
