make sure you have some thing like this, if not you should buy one!
if you dont have one/dont want to buy one just stay away from carpet and ground urself by touching metal or the case. thats what i did and i got no problems!! and take off socks just to be safe!

but you should still get an antistatic wristband or glove.

Rosewill's not really the best PSU brand, I would've gone with a lower wattage Corsair as it's actually rated what it says..
