Thread Starter
I have a celeron d 335 processor that was given to me it has one broken pin I found a diagram of the processor and the pin appears to be a vss ground labeled a26 its on the corner and I've heard and read that it will still work, but if I try it can it damage my mobo or psu i'm trying it in my dell dimension 4400 bios A05. I have a 1.7ghz 400mhz fsb in it now can it damage my motherboard because its a 533 fsb. Any help will be appreciated.

If it's still under warranty then do an RMA and get it replaced. If not, it's your risk...
