While the picture shows a reference card, it is likely you will be shipped a non-reference one. XFX is no longer making reference 5770 cards by my understanding, and it is likely that NewEgg has not updated their pictures to reflect this.

is it a reference card ?
This is a tough call. The power connectors are on top --most non-reference cards do not have this. It has an official Phoenix shroud, including the backplate that covers the card.
I'll go as far as saying probably
is a reference card, though I can't say 100%. The fact that NewEgg lists it as unavailable actually makes it more likely that it is, since almost all reference cards have been discontinued. I couldn't say with 100% certainty without seeing the cooling shroud removed, but it's highly likely.
