is it worth it to get ddr600 with forced t2 timings or ddr 500 without forced t2 timings?

That is a loaded question
Each would depand on there actual timings relative to the speed they are being run at.
BTW... a 2T Command is a very small performace hit in real world apps. They show a big disparity in benchmarks but they don't reflect the true minimal loss of a few %.
