Which memory for Chaintech VNF4

Thread Starter
I have no clue what memory to get for this motherboard. I've heard it can be picky and the list on the website is pathetic. Unfortunately I'm looking to spend as little money as possible on this new build. My question is what brand, what model of that brand, and whether I should get 2x512 dual channel or a 1 gig stick. The other parts of the new build are an AMD 3200+ and an eVGA 6800GS 256mb

Getting 1 stick now allows you the option to match it later.
If you don't ever intend to add another 1G stick go with the 2x512s.
No Idea what will work for sure in your system.
The lower the CAS timing the better.
