Someone stated that XFX's quality is going down hill. Someone replied to that no, then you replied with "Tell that to my dead 5870" aka implying that XFX's Quality is going down hill, aka implying that all XFX's cards have bad quality. Also one mishap with one card means nothing when you sell over hundreds of other cards. That's like saying one die on sheet of silicon is bad so you consider that a bad sheet.

I'll pass waiting to get my hands on 2 of these asap!

In a first benchmark, 3DMArk Vantage Extreme, the card reached more than 14000 points in the Extreme setting (1920 x 1200 pixels 4x FSAA, a6x AF)

You do know that that's a $1,000+ GPU right? You paying $300 or so more money for a overclocked 5970.
