You can possibly get the frequencies to be the same, however a GTX has 24 pipes and a GT has 20 pipes so that would be the only difference. All the cards OC a little different so you may or may not be able to overclock the GT enough. For instance, I was able to overclock my XFX Gt to 483/1240, but there was artifacts when I did it, but I know that some people have been able to get better overclocks with their cards.

Use coolbits to overclock the card. Just do a search for it on google.

Well what will be the difference in a game like,(see below) i want to be able to turn up all the options and have good AA, AT ect.. while still having a good Res (higher then 1024x768), would it be like running both cards at the same game specs only the GT gives me 70 fps and the gtx gives me 90? will i realy notice a difference in performance?

I can almost guarantee you that any online website would be more than happy to accept a money order from you. Call customer service and they can tell you what you need to do, but don't think for a minute that it can't be done. Money talks

Im sorry mate but thats the truth lol, but seriously the difference won't be 70 to 90FPS between the GT and GTX, more like 80 and 83
