Sennheiser HD555 Crack

Hey guys,

My HD555's have started to crack on the left and right side. the crack is small, and it doesn't open up, nor affect the functionality of the headphones itself. What can I do to fix it? I was thinking of getting some acrylic glue and trying to fill the crack with it.

I usually don't abuse my headphones at all, but recently I bought an electronic drum set and i've been playing it with the HD555's, and i'm a bit more aggressive with them than normal.

Forgot to add the reason:

Super glue will literally "melt" the plastic and bond into it extremely well. If you don't have the warranty, this should provide a very good fix

Thanks for the input. I'll use super glue, sounds like a good idea. I don't want to RMA it, they'll make me pay $20 to fix it. + $20 for shipping/handling.

I think it would be just better for me to invest in a second, more durable pair of headphones for my drums. I'm looking at buying the HD280 Pro.
