MS Dos Batch File HELP!!!

Thread Starter
I have a series of exes that I need to extract and when I attempt to run the included setup.bat file it opens and appears to run but then just says done(even though it hasnt done anything )

When I run it on my dads pc its extracts everything fine and runs - but I cant copy and paste all the data to my computer cause the registry.

ANY IDEAS? New apps that run batch files? ms dos upgrade?

PS. im using XP Pro sp2 and h dad has XP Home sp2

Thanks

If you open the batch file and look at each line it will show you what order to run and extract the executables. If it is still an issue open the batch file abd copy and paste the contence so we can see how its to execute.

Check to see where the location of the files are pointed too in the batch file. The batch file might be looking for the files in a different location then where you have them.

if you edit your batch file and put "pause" after the last command it will hold the console window open so you can see errors etc.
