Looking to flash a Dell BIOS

hey here is the specs of my mother board and the bios im running and im wondering if anyone would know were to get a flashed/ modded version so i will be able to overclock im running on dell computer corp. OM2035 Motherboard intel i875p chipset with a 82801EB(ICH5) south bridge running a dell bios A07 dated back to september 27th 2004 running agp version 3 agp8x 64mb aperature and side band enabled.. thx for any help here oh and the chipset is revision 2 rev.2 hellooo need help........... peez anyone there...?

I need a flash also if it is possible! I have Vostro 1510

One thing I know, they say if it doesn't work, it will render the mobo useless. Well, I know a guy here who can solder a new CMOS, so I think it's not a problem!

That by the way has nothing to do with overclocking. It is for windows registration.
