The XPSC is great if noise is a prime concern especially with fans like Gentle Typhoons; once you hit 2000RPM+ the GTX360 is your best bet using fans like Delta, Panaflow, etc.

If you want GT, Koolertek has the cheapest price on them.

dude! it still depends on your casing environment. some saying that black ice GT also perform well by just using below 1.4rpm fan and some says that it shines at above it. but the main problem of temperature heat is the air cycle inside your case. you should put equal fan count with your input air inside the case and exhaust fan. all you need to do is to cycle your air inside your case so that the heat wont stay inside the case. im using xflow stealth GT by black ice 360 rad with 3 1000rpm fan (exhaust) and 3 fan to get air from the outside and blow it inside the case. idle temp 35-37deg full load 47-52deg
