Not much left to do but lower the ref-clock and settle for a lower OC then as I wouldn't really recommend running >1.5V, what temps are you getting?

Those temps can actually be an issue.

Yeah, it's true. The new Phenoms don't like heat at all and they really love the cold (even more than voltage).

Have you ever used OCCT? I am trying just the cpu OCed and the test mode is "Large Data Set" It's stable so far and my temps are about 10C cooler while using it.

I have, and I find Prime95 better because it seems to stress my system harder than OCCT, which is what I'm looking in a stability test.
If it fails Prime95 I wouldn't call it stable, but stable is defined by the user so it's up to you to determine if an OC that passes OCCT is good enough or not.
I myself just like to be as sure as I can be.

I like to be as sure as I can too, but I am thinking differently here. My thought is, say that 272x14 is stable at temps below say 55C but for some reason you get instability above 55C. and Prime95 pushes my temps up into the low 60's and is causing the instability, while OCCT is keeping my temps just below 55C and avoiding that instability. The reason I say this is, that I am fairly certain, but not positive, that my temps rarely get above that during normal use. I don't even recall any of my games running my temps up terribly high.

265x14 was stable and I'm trying 270x14 right now. I cranked the AC up and my room is freezing. The Processor has yet to break 45C, at normal room temperature, it would be running at about 60C.

272x14 was 24hour small FFT stable, even running at 60C, but it is unstable on large FFTs. My understanding of these 2 tests was that small was able to fit all the calculations into the cpu cache, therefore stressing pretty much only the cpu. Large was too big and so memory was used to help store data for the calculations. So it appears that the error happens somewhere in communication between the cpu and mem. Do you think turning up the voltage on the HT or NB would help stabilize this or is it still just a cpu issue?
