Yes. But unless you were using integrated, then this will not give you much of a performance boost at all.

DUDE! You got a Dell...I feel like smacking you. If you're using integrated graphics, that card will give you a boost, but like Namrac said, it's not great. If you're looking to play modern games, steer clear of the Nvidia 5-series...actually, steer clear of PCI GFX cards alltogether.
