Very nice, hopefully your solution is withing a software update.

Nope. Neither flashing BIOS or changing drivers has fixed the issue. I'll have to contact support about my issue. I hope there is something they can do to resolve this for me.

I do love the card otherwise! Getting 35-40fps in Crysis @ 1680x1050 Lifesis mod custom settings, and 8x AA...all my other high end games run butter smooth with lotsa eye candy...just wish this Media Center issue was gone...

Did you try uninstalling your card and then run Driver Sweeper, then reinstall Cat drivers?

Yup. Every time I try different drivers I:
  1. Uninstall ATI Drivers from Windows Programs and Features
  2. Reboot into Safe Mode
  3. Run Driver Cleaner Pro and remove anything ATI
  4. Reboot normally and install different drivers.

Not sure if the settings are the same for media center as with media player HC, but:

Options > internal filters tab > right column

i hope this helps!

Although I do have to add that whenever i use WMP instead of MPHC, I always get a "your system is running low on memory" error for some odd reason. Everything plays flawlessly in MPHC D:

OK, I installed Media Player HC hoping that maybe I'd be able to use my Media Center remote with it, but while the skip buttons work, none of the others (Play/Pause, FF/Rew) do. The main thing that I guess bugs me is that when I had my GTX 280 in my rig, I had no problems using Media Center to play DVD's that I inserted into the DVD drive, as well as my collection I have stored on my HD.

As far as another DVD player program, I have VLC installed, and will just use that. I really liked being able to use my remote, but now it's basically pointless.

Oh well.
