Nice looking shader clocks ther Spec That ones a keeper for certain
post #465 of 926
I've thrown these under the MCW80s and this changes everything!

GPU1 : 900/1800/2000 @ 1.163v
GPU2 : 900/1800/2000 @ 1.138v

Max load temps for both is 55C

I got plans for more. This OC is Folding Stable.

Are the 480 Bios files from Techpowerup ok to use as they show no clock values and states '' Invalid Performance level version''

I ask because I want to flash my EVGA card with the latest version of the EVGA480 BIOS.
Still haven't thought about flashing, but I really want to suck more performance out of my 470 now that I'm not on 1280x1040 (check sig) anymore.

What's the first step, trying the highest clocks on my current BIOS? (Using the 1.6.1 AB beta)

Thanks in advance.

Hello, I can tell you why most of you are experiencing artifacts between 880mhz-900mhz core speed and above, even when the temperature and voltage seem to be fine when thinking about the resistance in the components itself.

The GTX 400 series is basically running on the same basis as tesla gpu's when it is about running a signal including c++. Such as physic calculations and specific geometry levels on objects.

The 1535Memory found on is running a specific distnict EDID for the Samsung 952 output dvi signal revisions.
This means that there is some known issues, but difficult to overcome.

The main problem is the programming of c++ and cl2 output of the V-ram overrunning the signals.
This can cause symptoms such as black dots, black stripes all over the screen.'' Primary shown as artifacts''

The FERMI support is a CPU reliefing process using alot higher signals than PhysX.

Both are CPU reliefing processing, even PhysX is known to overrun the actual DVI output, especially if the GPU and V-ram is not perfectly syncronized.
No matter the width of the signal.

Please investigate WQXGA DVI cables if you want this confirmed, there is simply being too much to write at this moment.

Final comment: Usually of a sync that is not being totally perfect when thinking about the signal frequency and memory output for processing.

It's a known issue everyone should keep in mind, we figured this out when soldering 2x2GB 2ghz printer memory on the GTX 480. That memory is not allocated for any specific partition of the ram, accessible to freely transfer c++ wich both FERMI and PhysX can transmitt into a visual post for most kind of screens. '' Pretty much the same as a Checksum error, unable to read the decided geometri levels'' Causing the graphic card to not send any specific geometries, pixles and shaders. Nothing happens at these spots. '' just black''
Feel free to ask if there is any specific questions.

No questions here, but I guess I saw a black stripe really quickly in Aion for a milisecond... Stock clocks, and AB wasn't running.

Hmm, wierd... Thanks for sharing.
