Yes, there has been a plethora of topics on it: . Not sure about when it will be available for custom PCs; I'm pretty sure NVidia signed solely with Dell for that technology for the time being; not really sure though. Does anyone know what the actual cost would be? The biggest price range I've heard is $4,000-$7,000.

I'm guessing that if Dell makes those, at least $2500 of the PCs cost will be chalked up the the GFX cards.

They do alot of OCing for you; I'd imagine that's a part of the cost as well.

BTW; how did they reach 4.26 Ghz with the 955 EE? I believe it's air cooling; though I'm pretty sure it's powerful air cooling, it is, still, air cooling.

lmao, i dont think itll be close to $7000, an alienware thats almost coustimized to the renegades minimium settings is alone 5-6 thousand and the dell which from what ive heard has a:

dual-core Pentium 4 Extreme Edition oc'ed to 4.26 Ghz!!!!!
a 10,000 RPM 150GB Raptor drives!!!!!
AND BEST, 4 7800 GTX GRAPHIC CARRD and 2 gigabytes of dedicated frame buffer memory

BUT STILL... GO ALINWARE!!!!!!!!

Yeah but Dell has the ability to sell the same parts for cheaper; and they don't plan on selling very many of these; it's a limited amount; they are just trying to dominate the gaming field for a bit. Dell themselves announced the price between 4-7000; just nothing more expensive. Companies like Alienware, Falcon Northwest, and Voodoo overcharge to the max because they are well-known for what they do, and known for putting a lot of work into each one. Of course, Dell is certainly doing so with the Renegade.

955 EE @ 4.26
2-4 GB of ram at 600 MHz

I want ;

Eh, it's not like 2 the extra 2 cards will be completely useless; even bottlenecked it will outperform two of themselves.
