Unlocking the Power Draw in Kombustor takes out the hardware stalls in the API so it pushes your hardware alot more. FurMark has the Power Draw disabled, which is why it runs a lot hotter than Kombustor. But if you disable it in Kombustor, then you'll get a better stability test.

Highest I've gotten in my GPU test was 16.5k at 900c/2100m
