There are plenty of people that have there Core i7-920 c0's well over 4.0 GHz so I don't see why you shouldn't be able to get it there. Have you looked around the site for BIOS templates that have your Mobo and CPU combo? Here is a link to a thread on here that might be of some assistance to you http://www.overclock.net/intel-cpus/...920-930-a.html
. Now don't expect to get the exact same settings as in the thread. You might have to mess with your Vcore (CPU Voltage) and your QPI/DRAM a bit to get it stable but the other settings should be the same as in the thread I linked.

I also just noticed that you have your multiplyer set to 20. From what I hear and have personally experienced, the best multipliers for overclocking higher Frequencies is either 19X or 21X. try to bump your multiplier to 21 and set your BCLK to 191 and that will give you a 4.0 GHz OC but you will have to raise your Vcore and QPI Dram. here is a link to another thread (the Asus P6X58D Premium and -E thread but the settings should be close to yours on your RE II Motherboard) http://www.overclock.net/intel-mothe...ml#post8397751
(this is the direct link to the specific post that has the settings that you will need) and http://www.overclock.net/intel-mothe...-e-thread.html
(this is the link to the whole Asus P6X58D Premium /-E thread which half way down the first page has links to several BIOS templates)Edited by lawrencendlw - 9/4/10 at 2:50am
