Speaking of scores, What kind of scores should eVGA GTX 480 SC be getting with a Core i7-930 OC'd to 4.1? Also while I'm on the subject of GPU's and CPU's, is it true that the GTX 480 hits a bottleneck in the CPU? If so then how would I benefit the most? Upgrading my Intel Core i7-930 to a Intel Core i7-980x first or getting a second eVGA GTX 480 SC first? I wonder which would show the biggest gains overall for me? I'm thinking it all depends on the application, because some applications cannot take advantage of the Core i7-980x's 6 cores and 12 threads but then if the bottleneck is true then my GTX 480 SC/'s wouldn't be able to fully open up until I swapped out to the 980x. Please let me hear your guy's ideas on this matter because I value my fellow OCN members opinions very much (maybe a little too much sometimes lol)

The bottleneck won't be too severe, at least not enough to make getting a better processor over another video card give you higher performance.

Should get like 20-22k GPU Score in Vantage. From what I've read, No Core i7 over 4GHz bottlenecks a GTX 480 or even two for that matter.

Awesome. That's good to know. I will be getting a second eVGA GTX 480 SC first and then before I get my third card I will either Get the Rampage Extreme III or the core i7-980x (or both if I can sneak them behind my wives back lol)

Why may i ask? think your better of waiting for a new board? or even an even more expensive board?

Well I like how the Asus Rampage Extreme III board is laid out and also the bios you can adjust the voltages by a much smaller margin that with the P6X58D Premium so I can get closer to the exact voltages I need and keep the temps down to an absolute minimum. Plus I would be lying if I said the mostly my motivation for the board is so that I can get This (The Asus ROG OC Station)

Odd question: What size/type screw are the four things that are on the sides of the DVI connectors? I'm trying to replace the bracket on my 480 to the high-flow bracket and while I have all the phillips screws out, I can't seem to get these last four screws off.
