And your vddc is pretty low indeed, I havent seen them that low!
What are your temps? And do you have the EE or the center fan?
Idle is 27c 40% auto fan. Center fan. Another question. Why are some speeds 700/900/1400 and some 7xx/1500/1900. That seems like a hell of a overclock for a stck type of card.

27c is not bad at all

And as far as I know all the cards have the shaders locked to the core.
So every card should have 1 core 2 shaders/ 700 core 1400 shaders.
There are a few cards with decent factory clocks, like the evga gtx460ftw

GPU-Z reads in single data rate while Afterburner reads in double data rate.

Multiple your memory clock(in gpu-z) by 2 to get the Double Data Rate obviously, and by 4x to get the Effective rate.

See 1000MHz x 2 = 2000MHz Double Data Rate and 1000MHz x 4 = 4000MHz Quad Data Rate(Which is what GDDR5 runs at)

Afterburner reads

Core:1800
Shader:810
memory 405

so now im confused cause i thought core should be 720, chader should be 1440 and memor should be 1800...so what gives? NONE of the those matchup, however evga precision reads 720core, 1440 shader and the 1800 memory. SO what would be a good OC to move this card up 2, 800/1600/2000?
