Has anyone played GTA 4 on thier 470 yet??
I'm getting the weirest lag. Like when I move the camera around , its like its struggling to load the textures or something. Ive already reinstalled GTA 4 . I see benchmarks too with no mention of this problem. Just wondering whats up with that yo?!?
Im using the 197.41 drivers. Anyone can confirm if this is an isolated incident plox ??

Yeah my asus card does 915/2300 stable enough for a 20 minute kombuster run with me closing it. My other cards can't touch it and my evga seems to be the worst overclocker of the set.

For example my cards go in this order

EVGA 480 - Stock VID 1.08v
PNY 480 - Stock VID 1.05v
ASUS 480 - Stock VID .98v
My EVGA 480 has stock voltage of 1.03V, but it acts strange when overclocked to 825. When I first get it up there, I can run Kombustor fine for 15+ minutes, but if I close Kombustor and try running it again, I'd get a driver lock up almost immediately. I haven't tried adding volts yet since I need to sort out the temps inside my case so my cards don't fry themselves.

I use MSI Afterburner 1.6 beta 4- whatever volts it shows you when you first start it up is your VID. It only supports GTX 480s right now though.
I heard ASUS Smart Doctor works too.

I guess EVGA picks best chips for SC or FTW versions..

Just tested out my PNY and its stock VID is 1.05 and I can only do 875/2000 @ the same voltages I can do 915/2300 on the ASUS. BTW this is passing 20mins of Kombuster full screen.

NCspecV81, can you make a submission for your PNY card so I can add it too?

I can't. I've flashed everyone of them to ASUS and it's too much of a hassle to flash back and forth right now.

Not a problem, you are more than credible enough to trust so I'll just add it regardless.
