What temps are you running right now and at what fan speeds?

I went out and bought a pci slot cooler from the local Microcenter since I saw people getting like 75C with like 72% fan. When I was running 80% fan last night I was hitting in the low 80s after about 20 minutes. I think this fan will bring the temps in line though, after seeing the reviews on Newegg about it. I'll post again when I get home and get a chance to test it out.

DVI does not transmit sound. HDMI is basically DVI+audio, so just DVI would only transmit video.

i have two unopened pny gtx 470's in my possession, but i doubt i am going to keep them. i think i am going to have to get 480's to see the performance increase i want over sli gtx 285's.

I think everyone will agree that a single 480 would be enough for 1080p.
Cant wait to see your SLI 480 temps in that case, Should be epic.
