pretty crazy setup there. Like mine i had my quad on just a 360 for a while but now running it and my 480 under water. what temps are you're GTX 480's hitting on idle and load if you dont mind?

getting 41c idle overclocked on hotter card and 61c at load hotter card also the secondary card runs like 4c cooler.

I got a Corsair HX 850 watt laying back from RMA still sitting in it's box lol.

61*C? What clocks and voltage is that? That seems pretty high for two cards on a 480 rad.

Also you definitely seem to have a cooling application issue on the primary card because there should be no reason why the secondary card runs cooler if both cards are on the same clocks, properly assembled and both being used (test in Furmark Multi-GPU Mode).
