Yeah, Oblivion's engine is really buggy. Lots of stuttering at times (depending on patches and mods of course).

Sigh,
Looks like you missed the point....That isn't my everyday setting. I only use 1.062v when doing my benchmark and showing off stuff. My everyday is like .975 at 76C Kombustor absolute max 1920x1080 exteme burning mode at 700/1400/1770.
If I get 88C+ with 1.062, how the hell can you guys do 1.07+ and not be hot as hell (literally)?

I have a MSI GTX 460 on the way to replace the EVGA model. It'll be here Thursday and the EVGA model will be fore sale Friday assuming I'm satisfied. It's a great card, just not what I need

all cards are different the .008 volts difference that your talking about is just because all dies vary thermal paste might help lower your temps and let you achieve your 1.07 because the paste and the pads might be keeping everything too hot. Or you could always get another cooler. You just happened to get one of the cards that doesn't seem to like voltage as much

The stock cooler on the MSI is pretty good. I just got my card today. The screenie below shows it running Folding@Home with 96% of GPU cycles and a modest overclock above the factory OC of 725 Mhz. The load temp is not going higher than 48C degrees, and the fan is only spinning at 59%. I'm going to keep ramping up the speed. I don't see temperatures being an issue with this card.
