All 465's have voltage control. Where have you been?
Furthermore. If your card does have a GF100-030-A3 there should be no reason why u could not flash it and gain the extra cores. I assume you have tried?

Try Opening YOUR Eyes. Heh. Anyways, you couldn't be more wrong. The GTX 470 and the 465 have the same PCB. The ONLY thing that differs between the two is the GPU and two ram IC's. Companies needed to get GTX 465's out the door ASAP and all they had was GTX 470 gpu's so figuring that they are the same PCB's, flashed a 465 bios to some 470's and sent em out the door. Effectively disabling the 2 RAM IC's and the extra cores and ROP's within the GPU.
I can tell you didn't research this. Or you just think you know the market, but its not a binning issue for the 470's. That or your source is less than creditable. Either way, not attacking you bro, just requesting you get your facts straight before you spit them out on a forum like this. No room for error here.Edited by nexxusty - 7/26/10 at 1:39am
