DDR2 667 overclock RAM TIMING HELP!

DDR2 667->908 5-5-6/7-18 3.4 ghz
DDR2 667->940 6-6-6-18 3.6 ghz

Is it better to run my PC at at 3.4 with ram timing 5-5-6-18 than 3.6 at 6-6-6-18?

The deference in CPU speed should surpass the tighter timings. If the 3.6 is stable use it, you could also bench the two and see which suits your needs.

3.6ghz at 6-6-6-18 isn't stable

I got 3.5 ghz at 6-6-6-18 to stabilize. Is that still slower than 3.4 with 5-6-6/7-18?
