I need a CHEAP cooler for my 4650

I have a HIS 4650 in my secondary rig. The performance is good, and the card works well but the heatsink and fan are complete CRAP. Sometimes when I turn on the PC in the morning, the fan stalls and makes a horrible noise. Even when it is working properly its louder than the other 3 fans in my case.

I want a cheap cooler for my 4650 for at or under 15$. Anything will probably do(the original is Cheapo), it just needs to fit.

Anything you would recommend?

Also, I have an old socket 7 P3 heatsink that I'm temped to slap on with ziptie.....think that would work? Its larger than the original 4650 stock cooler, I figure it might work as a passive cooler.

Err...Update. I just broke the fan on the stock cooler. So now I really need good suggestion for a cooler.

Right now, I have it functioning off a old PSU fan strapped on with rubber bands. Idle temps are 2 degrees cooler!

But I still need something more reliable... Can anyone find me a cooler that will fit a 4650? Please?

yeah i can, but not below 15 bucks, but hey yoy can still remount it with a newer gpu if you are gonna buy one, i geusse, try zalman, artic cooling, scythe, but those are more ten 15 bucks, so try ebay, but i think your solution is good anywhay,s its just a heatsink with a fan like this http://www.geeks3d.com/20080817/ther...cooler-review/

Hey thanks for the Ebay idea....I measured my mount holes and I found a heatsink/fan combo for 2.19$ shipped, hopefully it works.
