where are you guys getting "a few degrees better" from?

afaik, the difference on the cpu block is less than 1 C

for your other blocks (gpu), it might make a difference due to lower flow rate and there it might make 2-4C difference.

You are correct, sir. http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...d.php?t=247072 I just meant that the change in temps is nothing (came out wrong).

oh, i wasn't directing question at you Dar T, i was just wondering if there was review that showed such a dramatic improvement in cpu temp (cause as far as i know, diff between supreme and gtz is like 5 C or so, so to say xt sucks that badly against supreme made me )

Not hijack the thread but, what about upgrading from an Enzotech Sapphire...is that a worthwhile upgrade to the Supreme HF?

Keep it unless you care about .25-.5 degree difference. That difference IMO is negligible .
