is my Doom 3 time demo score right?

Screen Res: 1600x1200
Ultra high settings
4x AA
everything else on

21 48 frames renderd in 56.3 seconds=40 fps

for my system specs is the right?

also when i try and use it on 8x and 16x i only get around 20 fps does this sound right for what my system specs are?

well for it being at 2.4ghz id say so, oh and your hard drive is 10,000 RPM not 10 ghz *****.

Sounds pretty good to me...it's mainly the resolution that's cutting down your fps, but it's still really good.

I seriously doubt it. maybe if you throw another 7800GTX in the mix, and over clock your CPU.

You need another gig anyway.
Most new games really do need 2 gigs for high resolutions.

You dont need either of those. Overclock that FX-53 to around 2.8ghz if it will run stable there, which it should. Once you do that, your performance will increase a lot. You can also overclock that videocard which will help too.
