Here are my prime95 results. Do you think they look a bit wrong.

yea ur results look gd for a 3.2, i can get my 512k to give me 12s at the best, ill have to see how low. even mine runs at 4.2 and gives a flat 13

Yeah, I don't know, maybe it's my memory timings, not sure if it has anything to do with that or not.
