PSU for a Canadian to replace bad 600W

Thread Starter
My system seems to randomly shut off occasionally or crash, and I fear it may be my PSU. I've seen my 12V go as high at 12.6 or as low as 11.5. My core voltage also fluctuates under load but that may be my motherboard. I want to upgrade to a decent psu for a reasonable price. Seeing as im in Canada i can't go to newegg (Those idiots are losing alot of business ). I want something 500 watts or higher with stable voltages. What kind of amperages should I be looking for? Any suggestions as for psu's available to canada? Thanks guys.

Forgot, I have a thermalrock circle case so I need the 20 pin and 4 pin leads to be LONG, Like at least 20 inches.

i just saw a review on tomshardware.com about PSUs. here is the link:

Also, Xoxide sells a lot of high end PSUs and they ship to Canada.

EDIT: I saw that Xoxide carries the Enermax 620W Liberty Modular Power Supply. I have one and it has very long cables and its very stable. It's also in the review on tomshardware
