Resetting BIOS?

I think my setting are all messed up... I've got the ABIT AS-8 and it has the ABIT Guru. Basicly the guru is a a couple of programs that you can control on the desktop. one is the OCGuru where you can overclock the computer from your desktop, and you can choose from some preset clock speeds or you can customize some settings. and i think when i was checking out some of the setting i might have changed something and when my i turn on my computer the clock speed was set at around 1GHz... My Cpu Is a 3.0GHz. unless i'm reading something wrong.
so basicly I want to know if i can reset my bios.
any suggestion?

look in the MB manual. there is a jumper on the mother board that will reset the bios to its defaults. its simply switching the jumper and then switching it back. that should all be int he MB manual.

or you can just unplug and remove the battery for a few minutes.
