i believe it has a locked multiplier of 7, so to get a speed increase, you'd have to really push the fsb, which also increases ram speed. after certain speeds more adjustments will have to be in the bios. this is why its better to get a cpu with higher multipliers, they allow more flexibility

another thing you can do is, mind you this is risky
find out the exact model of ur motherboard, get its bios from its manufacturer website, and reflash it, hopefully unlocking all of its features.

It's some kind of Fujitsu Siemens OEM motherboard. The drivers are on their site, but they want me to burn it to a DVD (Which failed to me like 4 times).

Edit: nTune seems to work, and I can finally overclock * Yay *
